Western Canada's Premier Blues Event, every August in Edmonton's scenic River Valley in Hawrelak Park at The Heritage Amphitheatre.

August 16, 17 & 18, 2013..It's our 15th Birthday Party and You're Invited!

For this very special occasion we're pulling out a the stops. We've put blues legend James Cotton together with Roomful of Blues; We've scoured the blues world for the best there is with performers from Russia, The U.K., Holland and all across North America. We've got multiple Grammy nominees and recipients and our acts are up for no less than 9, 2013 Blues Music Awards and have had dozens of nominations and wins in the past. Returning favourites include guitarists Little Charlie (year 1), Anson Funderburgh (year 2), Arsen Shomakhov (2010) and Kirk Fletcher (twice with the Mannish Boys). Zydeco Grammy winner Terrance Simien will be back along with Canada's own 2012 Blues Juno winners, Monkeyjunk! Rising stars Homemade Jamz are among the 5 acts that have never been to the festival and we're closing with The North Mississippi All Stars. This is one festival you don't want to miss!

Tickets will be available for pick up at the “Tickets/Will Call” tent starting at 3PM Friday and noon on Saturday and Sunday. Bring ID in the name of the purchaser to claim your tickets...Day Passes will be available for purchase as well.
